**All my product is from overseas, pre-order item will be arrive around 2-weeks to 1 month after closing date. if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive, please do not place order.

**Have to make min. 50% payment (exclude shipping fee) in advance to get the discount price. After the item arrives, you will be informed to pay the balance and the required shipping fee in 3 days. If not, the order may be cancelled automatically with no refund.

**Out of stock might happened on pre-order item. we will inform you and full refund will be made to buyers.We will not bear the responsibility for any damaged merchandise resulting from the delivery process and once the item is shipped out.
